The client required RBC to remove an existing corner sun room and replace it with a two-storey extension and lean-to entrance. The ground floor remained a sunny corner with wrap-around glass, but benefited from greatly improved insulation values and was fully incorporated into the attached living room.
A second storey was added, providing an additional bedroom for the property. A flat roof finished in EPDM roofing rubber was necessary to connect the roof to the existing house. This EPDM material has a 50-year life expectancy. High insulation standards were followed throughout and the replacement/ additional rooms were a huge benefit to the property.

The rear entrance was constructed as a lean-to with a flight of steps to access.
RBC took great pride in delivering every step of this project to a very high standard, from demolition and foundations through to structural changes, beams installed and high spec windows, door, insulation, render & plaster, and roofing materials.
